When to Use a Text Favicon
A text favicon works well for a new brand without a finished logo, a personal website, documentation, or a prototype. Use one to three letters, contrasting colors, and a simple font so the symbol remains readable at 16×16. You can also design a matching logo title and save it as SVG together with the favicon package.
